Buíon de naoi ceann, shróin, ocht cluas déas, an méid céanna ciall ‘s ruaille buaille a gheobhaidh i Trá Pháidín. A chorp, anam, meon ‘s olc scoilte idir an dá thrá de Conamara agus Corcaigh, bíonn siad ag tarraingt ar meon na ngael, turgnamhaíocht, áiféis agus aon tearma eile a thugann luach cultúrtha níos fearr dhóibh, tríd creatanna tobchumadóireacht..

Le dhá albam, “set a haon” (2019) agus “set a dó” (2022) eisithe go dtí seo, chomh maith le dhá EP de “Blúiríní” (2020) tá “an 424”, an tríu albam á mheascadh ag an t-uasal John “Spud” Muprhy le bheith eisithe i 2023.

An Ensemble of 9 heads, 18 ears, an equal amount of order and chaos is what you’d find in Trá Pháidín. Physically, mentally, politically and spiritually split between Conamara and Cork. This “on-the-fence” identity is expressed through improvisational frameworks exploring modern gaelic identity, absurdism, psychogeography and any other buzzwords that will aid the cult of world-renowned personality. With two albums published until now, “set a haon” (2019) and “set a dó” (2022), along with two “blúiríní” Eps (2020), the group’s third album “an 424” mixed by John “Spud” Murphy is set to be released in 2023.
